1. Who we are

Gita Guidance publishes Bhagavad Gita scripture and commentary, Vedic astrology tools and reports, a Hindu and Sikh festival calendar, and AI-assisted spiritual guidance.

These terms are between you and GitaGuidance, Kailash Hills, East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065, India. You can reach us at gitaguidance1@gmail.com or through our contact page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to buy anything from us. If you are younger, you may read the free content with a parent or guardian’s permission, but you may not make a purchase.

3. Your account

You can sign in by email, by Google, or by phone with a one-time password. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

An important practical point. Your purchases, credits and saved reports are tied to the identity you signed in with. If you later sign in with a different email address, that is a different account and your previous purchases will not appear on it. Phone sign-in is the only method that reliably returns you to the same account. If you have lost access to purchases this way, write to us and we will try to help.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the service, to defraud us, or in breach of these terms.

4. What you can buy

We sell three separate things, and they do not convert into one another:

• Reports — a fixed-price digital report, bought outright. Paying for one report unlocks that report; it does not unlock the others.
• Credits — a prepaid balance bought in packs and spent on AI features such as Ask Krishna, chat sessions and credit-priced reports. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wallet money — a rupee balance used for astrologer consultations.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price charged is always the price our server holds for that product; we may change prices at any time, but never retroactively for something you have already bought.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details. A purchase is only complete once Razorpay confirms the payment to us; a payment that fails or is abandoned grants nothing, even if money briefly leaves your account, in which case your bank will reverse it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download or republish our commentary, reports or calendar data;
• resell or redistribute a report you bought, or share account access to avoid paying;
• attempt to bypass a paywall, manipulate credit balances, or interfere with our systems;
• use the service to harass anyone, or to give anyone else medical, legal or financial advice in our name;
• submit another living person’s birth details without their consent.

7. Our content, and other people’s

Our commentary, report designs, software and calendar data belong to us. You may quote short passages with a link back; you may not reproduce them wholesale.

Scripture and public-domain translations belong to no one and are yours to use freely. Which translation we publish and under what licence is set out on our sources page. If you believe we have published something we do not have the right to, tell us and we will remove or correct it.

8. AI-generated content

Parts of this site are drafted with AI and reviewed by us before publication, as described on our sources page. Ask Krishna generates its answers live. AI output can be wrong, and it is offered for reflection only.

9. No professional advice

Nothing on Gita Guidance is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and astrology results are not predictions of fact. This matters enough to have its own page — please read our disclaimer.

10. Availability

We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If we withdraw a feature you have already paid for and cannot deliver, we refund it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you take based on our content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
