Chapter 11, Verse 6
पश्यादित्यान्वसून्रुद्रानश्विनौ मरुतस्तथा | बहून्यदृष्टपूर्वाणि पश्याश्चर्याणि भारत ||११-६||
paśyādityānvasūnrudrānaśvinau marutastathā . bahūnyadṛṣṭapūrvāṇi paśyāścaryāṇi bhārata ||11-6||

11.6 Behold the Adityas, the Vasus, the Rudras, the two Asvins and also the Maruts; behold many wonders never seen before, O Arjuna.

Explanation & Commentary
Krishna directs Arjuna's gaze to the great hosts of celestial beings — the Adityas, Vasus, Rudras, Asvins and Maruts — the very deities the Vedas hymn as governors of sun, sky, storm and healing. Within the cosmic form, all of them appear as parts of a single body. The gods men worship separately are here shown as facets of the one Reality.
Twice Krishna repeats pasya, 'behold', and calls these sights adrsta-purvani — things never seen before. The point is not mere spectacle. Arjuna is being shown that what he had imagined as the highest powers of the universe are themselves contained within Krishna. This dissolves any notion of competing divinities. For the spiritual seeker, the message is humbling: whatever wonders we can name or worship, the Source from which they spring is greater still, and holds them all.

11.7 Now behold, O Arjuna, in this, My body, the whole universe centred in one including the moving and the unmoving and whatever else thou desirest to see.
न तु मां शक्यसे द्रष्टुमनेनैव स्वचक्षुषा | दिव्यं ददामि ते चक्षुः पश्य मे योगमैश्वरम् ||११-८||
na tu māṃ śakyase draṣṭumanenaiva svacakṣuṣā . divyaṃ dadāmi te cakṣuḥ paśya me yogamaiśvaram ||11-8||
11.8 But thou art not able to behold Me with these thine own eyes; I give thee the divine eye; behold My lordly Yoga.
